We the people of the United States of America are fed up with day laborers who befoul our fair cities.

Day laborers have made a mess of street corners or any other place they congregate. Not only do they litter, they defecate and urinate anywhere they feel like, and sometimes right in view of the public.

WE ARE NOT GOING TO TOLERATE THIS ANY LONGER!!!

For too long have we begged Federal, State and local lawmakers for help in abating this problem, but our cries for help have fallen on deaf ears.

IT IS TIME TO TAKE BACK OUR COMMUNITIES!!!

We are not totally helpless in this matter. We can, by legal means, rid our cities of this nuisance.
